I owned product and design for the platform that now serves 320,000+ coaches across 190+ countries. Over six years, Everfit grew from a workout-builder into an all-in-one coaching business: training, nutrition, habits, communication, payments, and a white-label app — all held together by one coherent design language and a single question, "does this help the coach coach?" This is what I built, why it mattered, and what it moved.

Online coaching is a crowded, fragmented category. Coaches were stitching together five tools — a workout builder, a spreadsheet, a payment link, a chat app, and a habit tracker — losing hours to admin and losing clients to the seams between them.
